  • Exfoliation is key! Use a non-oily scrub or exfoliating mitt to gently buff away dry skin. Pay extra attention to elbows, knees, ankles, and hands. Avoid any oil based scrubs, these will create a barrier and can affect how your tan develops.

    Shave 24 hours prior, wax 48 hours prior.

    Pause skin treatments 48 hours before scheduled appointment. This includes Facials, Chemical peels, Retinol, Laser treatments, Micro dermabrasion, etc. These can cause uneven fading and interfere with your results.

  • Come in loose, comfortable clothing, dark colors are always a great choice! Tight clothing can rub against your fresh tan, so you’ll want to let your glow develop undisturbed until your first rinse.

    Avoid: Tight bras, jeans or leggings, socks, and closed toe shoes. opt for slides, sandals, slippers, or other loose fitting footwear.

    Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable during your tan.

    • You may choose, Fully nude (18+ only)

    • Underwear (your own or disposable options provided)

    • Full top and bottom coverage

    Nipple covers are available if desired.

  • Schedule your spray tan 1 - 2 days before your special event. This gives your tan time to fully develop and settle into it’s perfect color.

    Heading on vacation? Book your appointment the day before you leave so your tan is fresh, radiant, and last as long as possible throughout your trip.

  • Rapid Rise Tans typically last 5-8 days.

    8- Hour tans generally last 7-12 days.

    Everyone’s skin is unique, so your results may vary depending on your skin type, preparation, and aftercare routine.

    A few factors that can affect how your tan develops and how long it lasts include:

    • Proper pre-tan prep and post-tan care

    • Skin hydration levels

    • Frequent swimming, sweating, or exfoliation

    • Hormonal changes, including pregnancy or your menstrual cycle

    • Recent medication changes

    Following your prep and aftercare instructions will help you get the most even, long lasting glow possible!

  • While your tan is developing avoid getting wet or sweating during the development period, this means no showers, workouts, lotions, makeup or anything that could interfere with your results.

    • Your First Rinse: Rinse with lukewarm water only NO SOAP. Stay in the shower until the cosmetic bronzer has rinsed away and the water runs clear. You can gently use your hands to help remove the bronzer. Keep your rinse brief. When drying off, pat your skin dry, avoid rubbing with your towel.

    • Maintaining Your Glow: After your first rinse, you may resume wearing deodorant. For the longest lasting results, use a gentle gel base body wash. Some great options include Native, Method. Shorter shower help to extend the life of your tan. Always pat dry after showering.

    • Shaving and Exfoliation: Shaving naturally exfoliates the skin and may cause your tan to fade faster. Use light pressure and a fresh razor whenever possible.

    To Extend the life of Your Tan: Avoid long hot showers, and excessive sweating. Moisturize daily with a mineral oil free lotion ( Hempz is one of my favorites!) Stay hydrated, hydrated skin helps your tan fade more evenly and last longer.
